Eugene is a consultant dermatologist and has worked in the NHS for over 10 years. He completed a two year fellowship in skin pathology at the St John’s Institute of Dermatology and holds an MB ChB and BA in Medical Sciences from the University of Oxford.
Eugene worked as an epidemiology researcher at the Nuffield Department of Public Health, and is currently on the editorial advisory board for the peer-reviewed journal Clinical Experimental Dermatology. He has 18 peer-reviewed publications in high impact journals like the JAAD. He was previously the national trainee representative for the British Society of Dermatopathology and co-trainee representative for the British Association of Dermatologists.
Eugene has a passion for digital innovation. He was selected to attend an Oxford AHSN leadership and entrepreneurship programme at Henley Business School, and has won a number of awards for his start-up TuteMate, including first place for Innovation at the Oxford University Hospitals Staff Recognition Awards.

Eugene has over 10 years clinical and research experience and works as a consultant dermatologist in the NHS. He has a passion for digital innovation, and won first place at the Oxford University Hospitals Staff Recognition Awards for Innovation for his start-up TuteMate.
Eugene holds a MB ChB in Medicine and a BA in Medical Sciences from the University of Oxford. He was also an epidemiology researcher there at the Nuffield Department of Public Health, and published widely on record linkage studies using HES population data. He is currently on the editorial advisory board for the peer-reviewed journal Clinical Experimental Dermatology.
He was previously elected national trainee representative for the British Society of Dermatopathology and British Association of Dermatologists.
