Bradley is a seasoned investment and technology commercialisation executive with 20 years’ pharmaceutical, life science, knowledge transfer and investment experience, including with a world-class university.

He is the Senior Director at Astellas Europe, scouting and evaluating opportunities for the group. These include partnerships and collaborations, in-licensing, VC investment, M&A and fund of funds. He is adept at assimilating information – leveraging a scientific background with commercial experience to create the optimal strategy for a start-up company.

He has sat on the boards of several exciting, innovative and entrepreneurial early stage companies. Helping them develop their business to grow and scale.

Bradley is a Visiting Business Fellow of InnovationRCA.

Bradley has an MBA from CASS Business School, a Master’s in Molecular Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Biochemistry from the University of Brunel.

Bradley is a Visiting Business Fellow of InnovationRCA, was Board Observer of Healthera, Managing Partner of Future Care Capital Investment Fund and Investment Director of Cambridge Enterprise.
